Ruberto, Israel & Weiner has announced that Seth M. Bonneau has become an associate of the firm. Seth focuses his practice on Banking, Finance and Lending, and Commercial Real Estate, and has extensive experience representing commercial lenders in all aspects of secured transactions involving real estate and business assets, as well as nontraditional assets such as commercial fishing vessels.
