As BBA Week went to press, we were distressed to learn that Governor Patrick vetoed $18.5 million for funding for the Massachusetts trial courts.  But the fight for adequate funding is not over yet and your help is still desperately needed.  Contact your legislators and urge them to override Governor Patrick's veto with a 2/3 vote.  Tell them that the failure to restore this funding will severely impair the delivery of justice in the Commonwealth.
