Kimberly Budd Nominated for Superior Court
Earlier this week, State House News Service reported that former BBA Council Member Kimberly Budd has been nominated to be a Superior Court Judge. She currently works at Harvard University, where she is director of the Community Values Program. She previously worked in Harvard’s Office of the General Counsel. According to SHNS, if confirmed, Kim would fill the seat occupied by Judge Ralph Gants before his elevation to the SJC. |
