Dena D. Fazio, an associate in Hinckley, Allen & Snyder’s real estate law practice and green law group, has successfully earned the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) professional accreditation. The accreditation will enhance the firm’s green law practice which is a multidisciplinary approach focusing on environmental, land use, real estate, energy and emerging business and corporate law. Dena’s practice is focused on all areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and sales, land use permitting, zoning, site development and leasing matters, and environmental law. |
