Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers (formerly Bromberg & Sunstein), a leading intellectual property law firm, has announced that the firm will remain independent and not entertain merger overtures from large international law firms. Founding partner Bruce Sunstein said, “While our lawyers regularly face large general-practice firms in high-stakes patent and trademark litigation and other intellectual property matters, our clients rightly expect responsiveness and agility in their representation.
