New Partner at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge
Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge has announced that Richard Kimball, co-chair of the BBA Business Law Section, has joined the firm's Boston office as a partner and as Co-chair of the Technology Practice Group. Richard has represented more than 40 venture capital firms and dozens of technology and life science companies over the course of his career. He also has an extensive M&A and public securities practice, with significant experience representing both issuers and underwriters in Initial Public Offerings. |
