Nutter’s New Partner
Nutter McClennen & Fish has announced that Michael A. Walsh has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department, where he will practice in the firm’s Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation groups. Mike represents corporate clients on major litigation matters related to merger and acquisition agreements and the sale of company assets, portfolio investments, and securities transactions, as well as copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent litigation. |
