Holland & Knight Welcomes New Senior Counsel
William "Bill" Wise recently joined Holland & Knight LLP's* Boston office as Senior Counsel. Bill will be a member of the firm’s Business Law Section, focusing his practice on compliance and ethics issues, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he was Chief Compliance and Business Ethics Officer at Analog Devices Inc. He has 35 years experience teaching undergraduate and post-graduate level courses in contract law and legal aspects of international business transactions, was a past Director of the National Board of the American Corporate Council Association and presently is the Director of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association.
