Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP Enters Connecticut Market
Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP*, a 100 + year old New England law firm, will be entering the Connecticut market by opening an office in Hartford on September 15, 2008, and announcing the addition of 25 lawyers from the well known Connecticut law firm of Tyler Cooper & Alcorn, LLP.
The Tyler Cooper attorneys joining Hinckley, Allen & Snyder bring significant expertise and years of experience serving the Connecticut marketplace to a firm already well-known throughout the region, having established itself as a leader in the corporate, construction, health care, litigation and real estate law arenas, among others. Included in the group joining Hinckley Allen are all of Tyler Cooper's financial services professionals and business services partners, as well as eight of its commercial litigation and employment law partners and the trusts and estates department. Also joining the firm will be a number of paralegals, secretaries and other administrative staff. Together the group will open a new office in the former Tyler Cooper space in downtown Hartford which will serve clients in Connecticut and throughout New England.
