Sullivan & Worcester Welcomes Nine New Associates

Boston - September 18, 2008 – Sullivan & Worcester LLP* is pleased to announce the addition of nine new associates to the firm, based in the Boston office:

Seven first-year associates include:

Daniel E. Balserak received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. Dan graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Dartmouth College in 2005.

Lindsey A. Getz received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she was a Merit Scholar and member of the Women's Law Caucus. Lindsey graduated with a B.A. in Government and Women's Studies from Smith College in 2005.

Rebekah Grafton graduated with a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. She earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University in 2005.

Noah B. Koretz graduated with a J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and a legal fellow at the Small Business Clinic. He earned a B.A. in History from Cornell University in 2004.

Rafael De Carvalho Munoz graduated with a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he was a senior editor for the UCC Reporter-Digest Journal from 2007-2008. He earned a B.A., summa cum laude, Phi beta Kappa, in Political Science from Boston College in 2005.

Rachael E. O'Beirne graduated with a J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she was an Alumni Scholar. She earned a B.A., cum laude, in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University in 2003.

Andrew Sucre graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School, after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2002 where he earned an A.B., magna cum laude, in Philosophy and a B.S., magna cum laude in Computer Science.

Two litigation associates include:

Christopher M. Gosselin received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2006 and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.  He most recently clerked at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Hampshire.

Timothy A. Landry received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2007 and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.  Tim most recently clerked at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
