This will be the Administration of Justice Section's 2008-2009 Kick-Off Meeting. The meeting will have two parts. First, it will be a planning session to determine the Section’s objectives and programs for the year. Second, the Section welcomes discussion concerning the proposed changes to Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5 governing attorneys fees, especially the changes to the Rule concerning contingency fee agreements. We will also discuss the proposed guidelines for the redaction of personal identifying information drafted by the Civil Rules Committee of the SJC. |
