Kudos Jesse Erlich
Burns & Levinson LLP*, a Boston-based leading law firm with offices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, announces that Jacob (Jesse) N. Erlich is the recipient of the 2008 Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC) Northeast Regional Appreciation Award. This award recognizes an individual not affiliated with a government entity that has made a significant contribution to the federal technology transfer program. Dr. Theresa A. Baus, FLC Northeast Regional Coordinator states, "[Jesse's] involvement in numerous FLC meetings and training sessions to share [his] expertise on a wide range of intellectual property issues make [him] a valuable asset within the consortium, as well as a deserving recipient of this honor." Jesse represents a wide array of clients such as universities and small and large technology companies in diverse technological fields. He provides advice on patents and other forms of intellectual property, licensing and government related matters and is also involved with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications (U.S. and foreign). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. In addition, Jesse earned the Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) credential in 2008. He currently resides in Nahant, Massachusetts. |
