Financial Literacy Volunteer Headed for Bankruptcy Bench
Chief Judge Sandra L. Lynch of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit recently announced that Frank J. Bailey, a partner Sherin and Lodgen LLP* who has served on the BBA's Financial Literacy Task Force, has been selected to fill the vacancy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is the chair of the firm’s litigation department and a member of the management committee, and has focused his practice on a variety of complex business and bankruptcy litigation. He will be appointed to the bankruptcy bench upon FBI clearance and will sit in Boston. Congratulations to him. *BBA Sponsor Firm |
