Review New Info Protection Regs with G.C. of Office of Consumer Affairs & Biz Reg New Guidelines, FAQs and a Model Small Business Policy have just been issued by Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. Effective January 1, 2009 a businesses that hold personal information of Massachusetts residents will be required to comply with these regulations.
