Today, the law continues to evolve to deal with the practical aspects of same sex relationships and their legal rights. This seminar will address the legal issues that same sex couples face regarding their children, their marriage, and estate planning. Attendees will learn what couples must do to protect themselves and their families, as well as the consequences of failing to properly plan for marriage, children and death.
