The program will focus on sentencing, revocation and supervision in the post Gall/Kimbrough era.  Topics will include new models of supervision including the intensive drug program CARE (Court Assisted Recovery Effort); innovative approaches in light of the developing case law; judicial, prosecution and defense perspectives on the new world of sentencing; and discussion on how to be an effective advocate in post sentencing proceedings.
