Kudos, Patrick Sharkey and Henry Dinger
Patrick J. Sharkey of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo PC* was recently appointed to a three-year term on the Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct by the Justices of the SJC. Pat is a long-term member of the BBA Committee on Professional Ethics, where he served as chairman for several years. A trial lawyer at Mintz, Levin, he concentrates on matters pertaining to the fiduciary duty of officers and directors, securities law issues, and representation of financial services professionals.
