"If you had to choose only one meal to eat for the rest of your life, which would you choose and why?"

Edward G. Zacharias – McDermott Will & Emery LLP
"I could eat tacos every meal for the rest of my life and be perfectly content. I lobby for taco night in our household as often as possible. What could be better after a long day at work than three crunchies with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and Cholula hot sauce? Delectable. Cholula makes all the difference."

Nicole Murati Ferrer – City of Boston Law Department
"The meal I would choose would have to be arroz con habichuelas, bistec encebollado y plátanos (a/k/a rice w/beans, steak w/onions, and plantains – I just thought it sounded "yummier" in Spanish). My choice is purely cultural as the meal I just described represents a normal lunch and/or dinner plate for any Puerto Rican. And yes, we have been known to eat this meal for lunch and then for dinner that same day. Although I can make this meal with my eyes closed, I prefer it when made by someone in my family (mostly because food is better when made for you by those you love). Unfortunately, since my entire family is in Puerto Rico, I must patiently wait until I go visit to have it made for me. The older I get though, the more difficult it is to coerce someone in my family to make it for me. So, I always use the famous "yours taste better, teach me again how to make it," followed by "you just can’t get the right ingredients in Boston to make this" (apologies to all Bostonians). And yes, when I am down in Puerto Rico I will eat this meal either for lunch or dinner everyday (and yes, some days I eat it for both). This is the reason I try to go on a diet before I go to P.R., and the reason I appreciate Boston's long winters – gives me time to shed the P.R. pounds."

David A. Kluft – Foley Hoag LLP
"Easy answer. Nime Chow (Cambodian raw spring rolls) at Apsaras in Providence. It's been my favorite meal for nearly 25 years and they've never made a bad one in all that time."

Katie L. Milton – Greater Boston Legal Services
"Pizza from Ernesto's a 'quaint pizzeria in the North End' or a black bean burrito with guacamole – because both cover most of the food pyramid requirements!!  Oh and I would want to end the meal with some type of baked good!!"
