A part of the Bankruptcy Law Section, the CLE Committee promotes and oversees the educational programs for the Bankruptcy Section, including the monthly "brown-bag lunch" speaker series and the 4-5 more in-depth seminar programs. The objective of the CLE Committee is to develop a series of relevant and innovative educational sessions, led by a diverse group of talented speakers, covering both business and consumer bankruptcy issues. The Committee will coordinate with the Section’s steering committee and other BBA sections to enhance the quality of, and promote attendance at, the programs across the full BBA membership.
