A part of the Bankruptcy Law Section, the Pro Bono Committee addresses the provision of pro bono legal services in a variety of contexts. Current projects of the committee include providing legal assistance to debtors whose lawyers are no longer able to represent them; a reaffirmation clinic; and a waiver project with major New England financial institutions.
