A part of the Business Law Section, the Investment Companies & Advisers Committee focuses on the regulation of investment companies and advisors. Among other things, it considers proposed legislation and other developments in federal and state regulation, reviews and analyzes evolving legal issues, and monitors compliance challenges. The Committee meets quarterly to hear featured presentations and discuss issues of interest.
