A part of the Business Law Section, the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee will address issues unique to business combination transactions including mergers, share exchanges, tender offers and asset purchases. The Committee will work collaboratively with other Committees of the BBA to address the increasingly complex array of issues present in these transactions. Lawyers representing buyers, sellers and advisers in planning, negotiating, and executing international and domestic, public and private transactions who are interested in becoming a part of this Committee or learning more about it should contact membership@bostonbar.org. |
