The Criminal Law Section addresses criminal law practice issues that affect its members, including changes in criminal law and procedure. Its periodic meetings provide training in trial technique and skills to criminal defense lawyers and prosecutors, as well as opportunities to meet judges, clerks, probation and other court personnel. It sponsors several CLE programs a year, and publishes a substantive newsletter with articles discussing significant developments in criminal law.
