2007-08 BBA Ethics Committee
The BBA Ethics Committee is comprised of a Chair and Vice-Chair appointed by the President, and such additional members as may be designated at any time by the President. In keeping with the BBA's mission to enhance the highest standard of excellence in the legal profession, the goal of the Ethics Committee is to give advisory opinions to the BBA membership and leadership with respect to the interpretation, and possible revision of Rules promulgated by the SJC of Massachusetts relating to the ethical and professional conduct of lawyers.
