A part of the Environmental Law Section, the Hazardous & Solid Waste Committee informs members about issues relating to federal and Massachusetts laws governing oil, hazardous materials and hazardous waste, including CERCLA and Chapter 21E. The committee also monitors legal developments in solid waste regulation, and fosters dialogue between government and the regulated community. The committee holds monthly luncheons that feature guest speakers.
