The Environmental Law Section addresses all substantive
areas of environmental law. The section and its committees hold monthly
luncheon meetings featuring guest speakers. Section members have also been
active in implementing innovative projects such as the establishment of
the Massachusetts Environmental Justice Assistance Network, which provides
pro bono services to low income communities and communities of color. Members
also participate in shaping environmental policy through the section's close
working relationship with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental
Protection. The section sponsors several CLE programs every year. |
