Vic Hansen, Associate Professor of Law, New England School of Law, and Leonard Rubenstein, President, Physicians for Human Rights, will discuss the involvement of both medical professionals (especially psychologists) and military lawyers in abuses committed by US agents and in the development of the so-called enhanced interrogation techniques.
