The Intellectual
Property Law Section addresses all facets of intellectual property
law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, with a
special focus on the legal issues facing businesses and individuals in IP-intensive
fields, such as the Internet, computers, biotechnology, publishing, arts,
entertainment and sports. The members are experienced IP lawyers, transactional
attorneys and litigators in private practice as well as in-house lawyers
at businesses, educational and research institutions and government agencies. |
