In the area of labor end employment law, alternative dispute resolution
can be a valuable tool. A part of the Labor &
Employment Law Section, the ADR Committee comprises
attorneys and neutrals interested in the role of ADR in the labor and employment
field. This committee assists in the development of educational programs
for the section and is responsible for keeping the steering committee apprised
of developments in the area of ADR that might be of interest to the section's
