The Litigation Section is composed of litigators sharing a common interest in trial advocacy before the courts and in alternative dispute resolution. It serves as a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas leading to the improvement of individual advocacy skills. The Section's 13 active committees offer lunch programs, events and/or CLE programs. Much of the day-to-day work happens at the committee level, and the committees welcome new members and increased involvement from existing members. The committee chairs comprising the Litigation Section's Steering Committee are from large firms and small, private practice and government jobs, and largely consist of co-chairs with staggered terms to ensure continuity in leadership. We invite you to join the Section and any of its committees to become more involved.
