A part of the Litigation Section, the Professional Liability Committee is concerned with issues involving the liability of accountants, lawyers, physicians, architects and other professionals for malpractice, including liability under federal statutes and consumer protection laws. It serves as a vehicle for discussing pertinent issues, educating members, establishing a network of lawyers practicing in these areas and monitoring proposed legislation affecting liability of professionals. |
