Cantos VII.  Mr. Cantos, blind since birth, is Special Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights in the U.S. Department of Justice.  Mr. Cantos recently returned to this post after having served two consecutive terms as Associate Director for Domestic Policy at the White House where he led the agenda for advancing equality of opportunity for people with all types of disabilities.
