Nuts and Bolts of ALTA Surveys

Michael Feldman, Harry R. Feldman Inc., will lead a presentation on the basics of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. Mr. Feldman will provide survey examples and review the ALTA/ACSM requirements and the Table A options. This program will jump-start the novice real estate lawyer's survey reviews and provide a welcome refresher course for the seasoned practitioner.
