Overview of Transaction Enhancement Insurance
Alexander E. Fisher, International Amalgamated Group, Inc., will discuss various insurance products that real estate lenders and borrowers may use to fill "holes" created by deficiencies in underlying leases or transaction structures in order to maximize and complete the financing of real estate projects. This program will familiarize real estate lawyers at all levels with unique products to benefit their clients in financing transactions.

Joseph E. Ladocsi, Sullivan & Worcester LLP, will cover the basics of Tenant In Common (“TIC”) transactions from what they are to how they are structured.
TIC transactions represent a relatively new product in the real estate industry. Among their other advantages, TICs provide an attractive alternative to serve as “replacement property” in like-kind exchanges.
