Rick Pedone, Partner in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy group at Nixon Peabody LLP, will discuss the impact of bankruptcy on lease administration and how to counsel a client through it. He will focus on the impact of tenant bankruptcy on the property lessor, but will also briefly touch upon the rare and not-so-rare occasions of, respectively, landlord and contractor bankruptcy filings.
