Nancy Brush, Just Solutions, Inc., Jo Ann Citron, Citron Law, and Stephen G. Viegas, Law Offices of Stephen G. Viegas, will offer insight on making educated decisions regarding existing software. Gain control of your calendar and docket to prevent missed deadlines and double-booking your schedule. Our presenters will speak about how you can use either an integrated client management system like TimeMatters, Amicus, Abacus, PracticeMaster, or PCLaw to gain control of your life, or, in the alternative, how to use your existing Microsoft products, Outlook, Excel and Word to accomplish those goals.

The Trusts & Estates Section covers a broad range of substantive legal topics and practice concerns of interest to Massachusetts trusts and estates lawyers at all experience levels. Among the subjects on which the Section focuses are: probate law, pre-mortem and post-mortem estate planning considerations, drafting wills and trusts, estate and gift tax planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, and miscellaneous issues in personal and family counseling. The section has numerous active ad hoc committees that work on proposed legislation. The section annually conducts CLE programs.
