A part of the Tax Section,
the ERISA Committee focuses on tax and labor law relating
to qualified and non-qualified employee retirement and welfare benefit
plans and executive compensation. Its monthly meetings deal with a range
of topics, including: benefits and compensation planning techniques and
plan design; emerging issues of tax and ERISA law; and federal and state
statutory and regulatory changes affecting benefit plans. The committee's
activities appeal most to practitioners with at least ten years of experience
in the field. |
