BBA Introduces Higher Education Conference

The Boston Bar Association will host its first Higher Education Conference for college and university legal practitioners on March 22, 2017.

With its remarkable density of public and private institutions, Massachusetts is an epicenter of higher education. This presents unique opportunities as well as challenges for lawyers advising higher education institutions in the Commonwealth.

"As a higher education law practitioner for over 25 years, I cannot recall a time of greater volatility and uncertainty in our profession," said Christine Hughes, Vice President and General Counsel of Emerson College. "The opportunity to discuss emerging issues with sophisticated colleagues from across Massachusetts could not be more timely."
