  • Trust Administration Committee
    The Trust Administration Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section focuses on the issues that typically arise when a lawyer or corporate fiduciary is serving as a trustee of an irrevocable trust, or when a lawyer is advising clients who are trustees. Periodic brown bag lunches will explore a wide variety of topics from a "best practices" perspective, from communications with beneficiaries, the decision making process when considering discretionary distributions, delegation of investment responsibilities and utilization of the provisions of the MUTC. Our meetings will offer trust lawyers and corporate fiduciaries the opportunity to share experiences and ideas on all of these topics and more.
