Looking Ahead…
Join us for a program celebrating the 30th anniversary of the enactment of Chapter 21E, the Massachusetts Oil and Hazardous Material Release Prevention Act, which will include case law developments, regulatory updates and a celebration of the 30th anniversary of the statute’s enactment. Other topics on the docket for the coming year include Environmental Disclosure Requirements (mandatory versus voluntary reporting) and a closer look at FTC Green Guides.

Greening the Profession…
The Section will continue to implement the recommendations of the BBA’s Environmental Sustainability Task Force, “Greening the Profession” and our Public Policy Committee plans to present a “Green Best Practices” luncheon where participants can learn about and share best practices for lawyers and law offices.
