We are excited to offer the Health Law Section with another year of dynamic and informative activities!  The section recently released the Spring 2013 issue of the BBA Health Law Reporter, our peer-reviewed Section publication.  Click here to read up.

Looking Ahead…
Later this year the Health Law Section will be presenting programs concerning HPC and CHIA’s upcoming regulations and initiatives, as well as the always well-attended annual Legislative Update.  In the spring, be sure to join us for the Annual Health Care Fraud and Abuse CLE Program, co-sponsored with the Criminal Law Section.

Stay tuned…
Also on the docket will be a General Counsel’s Forum where members can learn from and ask questions of providers and insurers’ counsel.  The Section is also busy planning programs addressing medical malpractice, healthcare privacy, and other topics of interest.
