Looking Ahead…
On Tuesday, October 1st, the Section will present its first CLE Program of the year, addressing The EB-5 Investor Visa Program - Issues that Arise in Immigration, Tax, and Business Law.  Register now to reserve your seat.

Pro Bono & Asylum…
Following an informative and engaging April 2013 CLE program that provided in-depth instruction for how to handle Asylum cases from application to appeal, the Immigration Section’s Asylum Committee will merge with its Pro Bono Committee.  This new, combined Pro Bono and Asylum Committee will work to provide pro bono opportunities in all areas of immigration practice, with a targeted focus on Asylum cases.
