Katherine J. Michon, partner at Shilepsky Hartley Robb Casey Michon
was recently named one of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2012 Top Women of Law. This award celebrates legal educators, trailblazers and role models who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in their chosen fields.
Ms. Michon is one of 50 women who join the ranks of Mass Lawyers Weekly’s 2012 honorees. In 2012, Ms. Michon was also recognized by Chambers USA as a Leader in the Field of Labor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiffs Representation.
Ms. Michon is actively involved in the Boston Bar Association, and currently co-chairs the BBA Labor & Employment Law Section. She is also co-chair of the bi-partisan committee that is drafting sexual harassment regulations for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
