This fast-paced annual criminal law program is designed to
give the practitioner an overview of the major developments in state and federal
criminal law and the impact of these cases as well as other administrative, legislative and procedural changes/issues that have impacted
the practice of criminal law in these forums.
The program will commence with a briefing by Glenn Cunha, a career prosecutor who has recently been appointed Inspector General
for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Cunha will provide an update
on the goals and priorities of his new office. David Meier will also
report on new developments in the state crime laboratory matter. A networking reception
will directly follow program.
In addition, a distinguished faculty of judges and practitioners from the
