This brown-bag lunch program will provide an opportunity for attendees to
hear established, full-time mediators talk about how they got their practices
started. The panelists will discuss topics including: how they got their
first mediation job, strategies for developing a client base, what sort of
experience a mediator needs in order to be marketable, and training options for
aspiring mediators to consider. The format will be question-and-answer,
with plenty of chances for input from the audience.
