This program will provide a unique opportunity for new litigators to learn valuable lessons in litigation practice and strategy. The panel of experienced attorneys in varying levels of practice, will address important considerations and nuances of Massachusetts Civil Superior Court.  The discussion will take you from commencement through pre-trial and offer tips, tricks and pitfalls that every new civil litigator should know!

Panelists will lead a detailed discussion on the various stages in the life cycle of a litigation matter, including commencement, discovery, summary judgment and pre-trial.  The program will be geared towards new civil litigators however, it may be useful for experienced pratictioners to join the discussion and add their own tips and experiences.
