Join experts from top in-house law departments and firms as they discuss the state of e-discovery in 2012.

Seasoned attorneys and litigation professionals from Bank of America, Fidelity, State Street, and the SEC will discuss the special challenges facing corporate legal divisions and government agencies when e-discovery meets high finance and regulatory frameworks. They will share strategies for success in managing the burdens of e-discovery, maintaining efficient systems that minimize business interruption, coordinating with vendors and outside counsel, and maintaining document confidentiality in the digital age. 

Litigators from Boston firms will also discuss trends in e-discovery, what is involved in starting an e-discovery practice, and how attorneys can best advise their clients in navigating the evolving rules and orders.
