In recent times, there have been a number of important developments in the law concerning class actions, including the Supreme Court's recent Wal-Mart v. Dukes and AT&T v. Concepcion decisions . Litigators dealing with class actions need to understand these latest developments, and how courts are interpreting them and applying them to current cases.

Join our all-star panel who have been assembled to help the class action litigator learn about these most recent developments. After the program, attendees will be up to date on the developments including intersection between class actions and arbitration, what level of proof is required at the class certification stage, conducting certification mini-trials, and the class action cases the Supreme Court will be deciding this year.

Specific Topics:

I. Examining the Merits at Class Certification
II. Class Actions and Arbitration
III. Wal-Mart v. Dukes - Latest Developments
IV. Supreme Court - Class Action Cases on the Docket
