Are you ready to advise your clients who are moving towards data processing and storage systems that rely heavily (or entirely) on third party services provided through the cloud?  As cloud computing quickly becomes the norm, it is essential that companies and their counsel understand how to identify and address the practical legal, regulatory and tax implications raised by use of the cloud.

This program will explore the major benefits and risks to the use of cloud computing as well as the different business considerations facing vendors as opposed to consumers.  Explore various legal issues associated with the use of cloud computing; including privacy, security and tax issues, and learn strategies to address them.
