This program will provide an overview of the Libor-setting process, and the
role it plays in various financial markets. We will also discuss the ways
in which banks are alleged to have manipulated Libor, and the alleged benefits
realized by doing so. Finally, we will cover recent settlements with U.S.
and European authorities, and provide an overview of the Libor-related private
actions that have been filed in the U.S.
