The Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association invite
family law practitioners with at least five (5) years of domestic relations
experience to participate in conciliation training at the Massachusetts Bar
Association offices, 20 West Street, Boston, Massachusetts on April 26, 2013
from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
At this program, you will become certified as a conciliator that will enable
you to be placed on the Probate and Family Courts' list of trained
conciliators. Attendance at the program is free. In exchange, you will be
asked to commit to volunteering for at least one day at the Probate and Family
Court as a conciliator or for a "conciliation" project such as the pilot program
at the Suffolk Probate and Family Court.
